12/11/02 Now that's the way to quit a job! I mean, if you just sort of politely quit your job, give your boss two weeks notice and leave on good terms, you stand a chance of winding up back at that same job eventually. Maybe you're still friendly with the boss and one weekend while you're out at his place for a barbecue he mentions that the company is looking to hire some people again, the start-up you joined failed and wham! it's the Same Old Grind. If only you had fucking quit when you quit that job. No way you'd be going back there — hell, you'll be lucky if you can still walk after the security guards "escort" you from the building.
