This idea also relates to advertising catch-phrases or "jingles." Possibly it isn't so much the phenomenon itself that is annoying, more the abuse of the concept. When people start pushing their agendas by simply getting some concept stuck in people's minds... well, then you've got religion, don't you?

Amusingly, Pinkey uses the phrase "love, no" in this episode. ...Okay, maybe I'm the only one who is amused by that. I am also pleased by the word "permeant" (even though I'm not entirely sure if I'm using it exactly right).
