Maybe most of what this week's episode doesn't cover is the difficulty involved with making a decision about something in which you have no interest. This is sometimes dismissively referred to as "laziness."

It is also true that disappointment is only ever driven by internal factors as all external factors require recognition by internal agents. A "bully" must be recognized by one's own "cowardice" in order to have any effect, for instance. This kind of thing should be very simple to remedy, however. You don't have to feel disappointed after you identify the external element to which you have given power to cause those negative feelings: simply stop caring about the external element.
