07/05/00 Television is by far my least favorite medium. As a viewer we have so little control over what we see. I guess that by this point we are all just going to have to dismiss Mr. Mander out of hand, considering the prevalence of video monitors, but I do find myself overly drawn to a flickering CRT. Everyone should remember that simply by reading the news you are a part of the news.
